A healthy body

Introduction

This story was the result of my own reflections on a strong personality and the value of a healthy body, the result of my own observations of people who work out in the gym, study and take dietary supplements and eat right. It is also a reflection of my own attempt to follow the same path. It is a pity that knowledge about the micro- and macronutrients that make up our body has not been invested in us since childhood. And there is no habit of building a body wisely either. It would be convenient to have such a gadget that, without testing, tells us which substances the body lacks and where to get them from. So I came up with the idea of implanting a nanochip in babies. But I am against the obligation. I am in favor of a person having a choice.

A healthy body

Today Rostislav turned 14 - and now his account in the Healthy Body app is completely under his own control. Before that, he had been a user with limited rights for several years. Even earlier, he was only an observer. But from that day on, he is considered an adult and now he is responsible for his healthy body, not a mother, and certainly not a doctor. Rostislav is very happy about this, because he is a representative of the generation of the 2100s.
People of the turn of the 21st and 22nd centuries are people of a new formation, internally strong personalities, one of the features of which is the understanding that their health is in their hands. Literally and figuratively.
Back in the hospital, a nanochip was implanted in his shoulder and an account was created on a "Healthy Body". Since then, monitoring of his body condition at the molecular level has been carried out 24/7. During the first years of his life, the nanochip was connected to his mother's phone. And she strictly followed the recommendations of the application for the child on dietary supplements, nutrition, massage, physical education, thanks to which Rostislav grew up strong, energetic, healthy. All the control measurements at the pediatrician confirmed this.
Rostislav's self-discipline was also formed on his mother's discipline - and now he is already forming his first order for the delivery of dietary supplements. Magnesium Citrate and Vitamin D in the composition with vitamin K are running out — this is what should be taken on a regular basis. The application shows that both the first and the second are normal, but the first is at the lower limit of the norm. Due to high physical activity in the gym, magnesium consumption has been increased - a recommendation has been received to increase the dose from 400 mg to 800 mg.
Rostislav quickly scanned the list of available positions, put in the basket those that are marked as the most suitable for him, taking into account the current state of the body and the goal set - the sports category "Candidate for Master of Sports" in deadlift in powerlifting. According to the app, the path to the goal will take one year and 150 workouts — that's an average of three three-hour workouts per week.
The young man joined the sport about a year ago, but he has always been engaged in physical education. Physical education... it was a whole metaverse for him. He learned it on an equal basis with others - the metaverse of mathematics, the metaverse of physics and the metaverse of German. From early childhood, Rostislav studied and honed the mechanics of each exercise with interest, realizing that there are a great many of them - and life is not enough to master them all.
After ordering dietary supplements, he went to the Sports Support section of the Healthy Body app and set it up for his upcoming training regime. Having received an up-to-date training program, Rostislav went to the gym. Each exercise, each approach was designed to maximize performance and prepare for the competition. The young man monitored his performance on the monitor and adjusted the intensity of training to avoid overwork and injury.
A year has passed.
In the days before the competition, the app recommended Rostislav a sleep and nutrition regime. He followed these recommendations, knowing that a good eight-hour sleep and a protein diet would increase the strength and endurance of his body. Since childhood, the young man was used to the "Healthy Body" menu and was free from food addictions, so the year passed easily for him mainly on turkey, eggs, cottage cheese, rice and buckwheat.
Rostislav was successful at the competitions, he achieved his goal - he received a CMS, and this happened not only thanks to his perseverance, but also careful care of his own body. He realized the value of his material shell, in which his soul was placed and thanks to which, having incarnated on Earth, he could live a human experience. He realized that success in sports, studies and life in general depends on the state of the body, on how well he takes care of himself and listens to the recommendations of a personal "Healthy Body".
The generation of the 2100s is indeed a new formation, they have self-discipline and responsibility for their own health - an integral part of culture. These young people take care of their own health, they are engaged in prevention, not treatment of diseases, they do not expect salvation from doctors. And Rostislav was a vivid example of the people of this new era, where the latest technologies and their own willpower give a person control over the most precious thing - health. What for? To create a better future for yourself and your descendants on this beautiful planet Earth.

P.S.: Implanting a nanochip in an infant to monitor and adjust the chemical composition of his body is not mandatory for everyone. There is a right of choice. In the hospital, the mother makes the choice. In the first years of a child's life, she is also a mother. It depends on her whether the new body will be harmoniously rebuilt or how it will turn out. Following or not following the recommendations of the Healthy Body application after installing the chip is also a right of choice, however, after three years of non-use, the chip disintegrates and is excreted from the body. And then this path to a new level of interaction with one's own body is closed. No, not forever. After all, science and technology do not stand still. Human awareness also tends to increase. The year 2100 is just the beginning.
